As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be the Customer Success Team’s primary point of contact for efficiently resolving technical concerns. The features you deploy will have a significant positive impact on the team’s quality of life. And you will play a key role in elevating the overall value of our products.

What it takes to be a Customer Success Engineer :

You are not looking just to fix bugs and develop features but enjoy solving actual customer problems and seeing how it impacts customers. You are comfortable in both technical and business discussions and can articulate and communicate information clearly.

Requirements for the role:

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in HTML/CSS/Javascript (preferably React)
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Comfortable working in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel with an understanding of macros

Soft Skills

  • Adaptability - we are a small team, and things move quickly
  • Team player - empathy for clients and coworkers
  • Good communication skills - the ability to make non-technical people understand technical stuff in English
  • Ownership & Integrity - you take full ownership of your work and see it through
