How do I get admin access to my organization?

The first person signing up from an organization is the admin by default. Only an admin can provide someone else in the organization with admin rights.

How do I change my email address?

The CogniSaaS account sub-domain is created using the email domain. If a user signed up for a free trial using a different email and wishes to get it changed, they need to contact CogniSaaS support at support@cognisaas.com to assist with this change.

Who can see the client details?

By default, all users have access to client records. Depending on the Role-Based Access Control, the admin can decide on providing client details access to selected users.

How to reactivate a deactivated user?

This is a single-click setting available to administrators of the account. On clicking a username in the user list one gets an option to reactivate a deactivated user.

How do I extend my free trial period?

To extend the trial period you can drop an email to support@cognisaas.com and a representative from our side will contact you to understand your requirements and process the extension request.
